• Plenty of liquid.

• Tasty and carefully prepared.

• Take time to enjoy your meal.

• Watch your weight. Keep moving.

To eat a healthy diet, sufficient to observe these ten rules. There are no strict requirements or prohibitions (except prescription diets). It is not necessary that you buy food in the only health food store or health food stores. Even if you eat a ready meal now and again, that not your health.
